CAMP KITCHENS

Tauranga Bay Holiday Park has two kitchens both centrally located at the East and West ends of the holiday park. Microwaves, hot and cold running water, a number of free gas cookers, fridges, freezers and washing up/food preparation areas are available for use.

BBQ AREA
We have a BBQ area near our main kitchen block and picnic tables are provided.

​

 

LAUNDRY
We have a camp laundry 

 centrally located in the main part  of Tauranga Bay Holiday Park. Washing machine and dryers which run on  $2 coins ($4 per cycle) are available. Coins and washing powder are both available at the camp store/office. There are also clothes lines to dry your washing on.

 

 

BATHROOMS
We have two camp ablution areas both centrally located at the East and West ends of the camp. Showers are housed in a separate building to toilets. For our smallest campers we have a baby's bath in the shower block. Showers run on $1 coins which can be purchased at the camp store/office.

 

We also have a free cold outdoor shower so you can wash the sand off your body or cool down after a day in the sun!

 

 

CARD PHONE

We have a Telecom card phone at Tauranga Bay Holiday Park, at the bottom of our driveway.

PAYMENT TYPES
Cash, credit card (Mastercard and Visa) and Eftpos payments are welcome.

BOATING

 Water taps are located all around the camp to wash your boat down,(when not in drought). The local marine channel is 62 which also has the weather forecast every hour.

​

 

FIRST AID
A First Aid Kit is available at the office.

 

 

MAIL
We can deliver your mail daily to Kaeo Post Box.

NOISE

We ask that all stereos are turned off and noise is kept to a minimum from 10pm onwards. Please show consideration to your fellow campers during the day with respect to noise levels and behaviour.

​

 

RUBBISH
Rubbish Bins are located down the driveway heading to the small Kitchen/Shower/Toilet block. Recycling bins are provided for plastic, glass and cans – please use these recycling bins and do your bit for this precious environment.

 

CARAVAN STORAGE
We can store your caravan in an uncovered grass area adjoining our park ALL YEAR ROUND for a minimal fee.Hook it up and drive across the driveway and your here :)

Pets    

We are pet friendly from 1st March till end of November

Dogs (leashed Only)-Any mess to be cleaned up immediately.

CAMP STORE
We sell a range of basic groceries at the camp office - canned foods, bread and milk, ice creams, cold drinks and more.  You can also buy frozen bait, ice, get $1 coins for our showers,$2 coins for the laundry and washing powder.
